Dare County reports 13 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday

Dare County Health and Human Services reported 13 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, hours after warning of a recent rise in new positives and community spread.

Since testing began in March, Dare County has seen 650 coronavirus cases among residents and visitors. Thirty-nine of those cases are active and two residents are hospitalized. Three Dare County residents have died.

The latest cases include:
