Dare County reports a seventh death from COVID-19 on Wednesday

Dare County reported a seventh death from COVID-19, while North Carolina reported 107 more coronavirus-related deaths on Wednesday.

It’s the fourth time in the past week daily deaths in the state surpassed the century mark.

State officials said a data collection problem suppressed Wednesday’s numbers, which will mean today’s totals will likely appear much higher.

Of the 55 additional cases reported by Dare County on Wednesday:
